Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every order is cleansed and packed by hand at our New Delhi base. Here is what to expect after you order.

1. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment. Energised items may take an extra day. You receive the tracking number on WhatsApp.

2. Delivery in India

Metro cities: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Rest of India: usually 5–8 working days.
Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,999 and above. Below that, a flat ₹99 is added.
Cash on delivery is not offered.

3. International delivery

We ship worldwide by tracked courier, usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Shipping is quoted when we confirm your order, based on weight and destination.
Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer.

4. Digital products

eBooks are sent as PDF to your email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment.

5. Address and delivery issues

Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will be charged. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
